Packaging & Transportation
To ensure the structural integrity of our packaged laminators, we use steel frame pallets for transportation.
During transportation, we use forklifts with a carrying capacity of 8 tons or more to ensure the smooth and stable transportation of our lamination machines.
We remain cautious with our product packaging. To ensure that the packaging boxes can be correctly and quickly placed and identified, we have added special fumigation markings on the packaging boxes.

Laminator AccessoriesAfter selling the lamination equipment, we will provide essential accessories for operation, including adhesive mixers, temperature controllers, transfer rollers, static mixers, and more. This means that once you purchase our lamination equipment, you will receive these necessary components upon delivery, allowing for immediate use.
Local ServicesAfter purchasing the equipment, our local service offices will provide installation, commissioning, and operator training services:
- In regions without local service offices, we will arrange for technical personnel to travel to the location for installation and provide commissioning guidance.
- In regions where we have local service offices, these offices will handle equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training. Currently, we have service offices in various overseas countries, including Russia, South Korea, Pakistan, Egypt, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and more, ensuring local support.
Troubleshooting during Post-useIf you encounter troubleshooting needs during the later stages of equipment use, our company will provide remote assistance and remote troubleshooting services. Additionally, we have dedicated after-sales personnel who will promptly address any issues you may encounter and provide equipment maintenance guidelines. For problems that cannot be resolved remotely, we will dispatch personnel to your factory for on-site assistance. Furthermore, our equipment comes with a one-year warranty, and non-human-damaged components will be replaced by us free of charge within this one-year warranty period.
